Met Éireann have been a client of FUSIO's for 6 years. The current website provides up to date local and national forecasts and statistics to users that are updated several times a day using systems developed in conjunction with Met Éireann.

New techniques were devised to allow trained Met Éireann staff to simply and quickly create conventional television forecast-type weather maps dynamically online without the need edit images everyday. These can be viewed with satellite images and all other relevant data as it becomes available.

There is also a mobile version of the site (http://mobile.met.ie) which is optimised for handheld devices. We also provide a comprehensive FTP service to clients of Met Éireann who access customised reports through the system.
